Double room to let

Double room to let in small, quiet, clean flat in Cherry Hinton close to the city centre (15 min bike ride). 1st floor. Bills included. Students and professionals welcome. Interest in cars a plus but not required.

It’s a large room with new grey carpet fitted. Double window with triple pane overlooking the back garden. It has a small built in closet.

The bathroom and kitchen are the only communal areas. Bathroom was recently painted and tiled. Kitchen has appliances washer, dryer cooker.

On street parking. Close links to buses and train station there’s a bus stop at the end of the road 2 minutes walk that goes into town. Only 15 minute bike ride to town can drive in 5 minutes.

Current housemate is tidy, works and study’s. Enjoys motorsports, more doing than watching. Considerate and inclusive however respects personal space.

I haven’t posted any pics yet as previous flatmate hasn’t quite got all boxes out yet but will update with full pictures or if you’re ok with the boxes and would just prefer a quick look let me know and I’ll send direct.
