Room in Lovely House next to Mill Road

One room available in 2-bedroom house next to Mill Road with an added office space and storage, with lots of light and a great garden (option to put a double bed). The house is a two-storey terraced house that feels very homey, tidy, and spacious! We have a big living/dining room and kitchen, a great garden with a transformed shed into an art space, perfect for pottery or painting lovers.

This is a short-term rental for someone friendly, clean & respectful. Term from 1-4 months, available from the beginning of December and until the start of April (flexible). All bills included.

I work in the arts, in a museum in the area. I like to see friends, go to yoga after work, go out for drinks, walks, chatting while cooking dinner, watching films. I also like downtime and like to keep my space peaceful, clean and tidy. I would prefer to share with a female subletter while my boyfriend is away for a semester abroad.

The house is on a quiet residential street, a 3-minute walk from Mill Road, a lovely street with lots of cafes, restaurants, vintage shops etc. The house is about 15 min walk from the city centre and 15 min walk from the train station connecting to London. There are loads of lovely pubs and great restaurants close by. We are very close to nice outdoor spaces like Mill Road Cemetery, Midsummer Common and Coldham’s Common.
