Small and Cozy Room in Very Central Shared House

Hello, we have a shared household and are now getting one room free as one of our flatmates are moving out.

The house is located on super central Parker Street in Cambridge, right next to the bus station, just a couple of minutes away from the Grafton and the rest of the city centre. It's a charming victorian house with two floors. We have a shared kitchen and living room downstairs. The bathroom is shared by 3 people (one of the already occupied rooms is ensuite).

The room itself that is available for rent is very small, and the bed we built just for the room is also very small, so this room would mainly be suitable for a short person. Despite being small, the room is very cozy, and you would of course have access to the living room, kitchen and the very spacious bathroom. The cheap price therefore reflects the size of the room. Its the middle first floor bedroom on the floor plan picture.

We have a contract until July 27th, but it is definitely possible to prolong, and you could move into one of the bigger rooms then, and might be able to take over the contract if you want.

What we are looking for:
- A clean person is the most important, we have a cleaning rota and need to trust that the person moving in takes responsibility for their chores
- We are a very inclusive and welcoming household, we welcome any sexualities, cultures, religion etc. and want you to feel like the place is a safe space where you can be yourself.

Who we are:
- We are all PhD students/research assistants at Cambridge University.
- Two of us are Chinese and one is Swedish, we are all girls.
- We are all living quite busy lives, we sometimes eat together but most of the time the house is quiet and calm.
