Small single room in central location

We have a single room available in our home, which come with a built in bed frame and mattress, a double closet, shelves and a chest of drawers. The house is in a very central location - located between Parker’s Piece and Christ’s Pieces. It is a two minute walk to the central Cambridge bus station and a 20minute walk to the train station. Many shops located within 5minutes.

It is a four person household. Three people will share a large bathroom - one person has an en suite. There is a garden in the back to store bikes. There is a separate kitchen and living room. Has hobs, good oven, large fridge and separate freezer. There is a basement for storage of extra things. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a separate dryer - both work very well. Boiler works well.

Internet is £10/month, and is included in the rent. Other bills like water and gas/electricity - and potentially council tax if not a student - are not included in the price.

I am moving out and am flexible on time. The household wants to centre cleanliness above everything else but it would be great if good personality fits are found - friendship with housemates would be great!
