Large supercentral room in lovely houseshare

Hello, we have a shared household and are now getting one room free as one of our flatmates are moving out.

The house is located on super central Parker Street in Cambridge, right next to the bus station, just a couple of minutes away from the Grafton and the rest of the city centre. It's a charming victorian house with two floors. We have a shared kitchen and living room downstairs. The bathroom is shared by 3 people (one of the already occupied rooms is ensuite).

The room itself that is available for rent is on the ground floor, it is large, sunny and has a very comfy double bed. I just repainted the room, and the floor is also nearly brand new.

We have a contract until July 27th, but it is definitely possible to prolong, and you might be able to take over the contract if you want.

What we are looking for:
•⁠ ⁠A clean person is the most important, we have a cleaning rota and need to trust that the person moving in takes responsibility for their chores
•⁠ ⁠We are a very inclusive and welcoming household, we welcome any sexualities, cultures, religion etc. and want you to feel like the place is a safe space where you can be yourself.
•⁠ ⁠Ideally no undergraduate student, only postgrads or professionals.
•⁠ ⁠We are an all female houseshare and looking for female housemates
