Standard size single bedroom, small built in desk, chest of drawers, free standing hanging rail, no ensuite. Additional unlocked cupboard space on the landing.

Household bathroom, kitchen, living/dining areas are all shared. Bicycle lock up available in shed. Bills included.

Mature lodger preferred. It is a quiet neighborhood with young families next door.

As a live in landlord I am home most days. I am only expecting this room to be occupied 2 or (max) 3 nights a week. £400 pcm open to negotiation. No min. or max. term.

Central Cambridge location. Couple of minutes walk to: Uni 1&2 bus stops, Botanic Gardens, Coop, Tesco express.
