We have two rooms available in our welcoming home while our current housemates/very good friends are away doing PhD research:

Rooms are available for rent for short periods of 1 month, 2 or 3 months.
Rooms are available up to the 30/7/26 only.

Double Room
• Comes with a single bed
• Spacious with a large desk – ideal for studying or working from home

Small Single Room
• Includes a single bed
• Cosy space (please note: no room for a desk)

• Shops, gym & cafés – 5 mins
• ARU – 9 mins
• Grafton Centre – 7 mins
• City centre – 14 mins
• Bus stop – 5 mins
• Train station – 25 mins

We like to keep the house clean and comfortable with a weekly cleaning rota. We all do once a week cleaning but…If you're busy during your turn or cleaning it’s not your thing… no problema! you can arrange a cleaner instead.🙂

👥 About Us:
We’re a friendly, respectful household looking for someone who is tidy, responsible, and easy-going. We enjoy socialising now and then, but also value personal space.

🚭 Smoking is allowed outside the house only (no smoking/vaping indoors due to very strict contract )

No couples, no pets – sorry!
