Cosy double room available just off Mill Road

Hi!

We are a group of three girls looking for a new housemate in a clean, tidy house near Mill Rd in Cambridge. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with grocery stores/bars/restaurants a few minutes walk away and Cambridge train station is a 15 minute walk.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, and wardrobe. There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a living room and one shared bathroom with shower and bathtub. We also have a small garden with a shed and vegetable box (currently growing tomatoes, strawberries and spring onions).

The room is available from 11th May, and we’re looking for someone to move in around this time. This is a shared house with a group tenancy. We are all planning on staying for the foreseeable (so only longer term tenants).

The rent is £730 per month including all bills.

We’re a clean, tidy and friendly house, and have a cleaning rota each week. We sometimes hang out together but also respect each others privacy so are looking for someone who would fit in well with this.
