We like to keep the house clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We have a weekly cleaning rota, with everyone contributing once a week. If you're busy during your turn or cleaning isn't really your thing, no problem — you're welcome to arrange a cleaner instead. 🙂

We're a friendly and respectful household looking for someone who is tidy, responsible, and easy-going. We enjoy socialising from time to time, but we also value our personal space and a peaceful home environment.

Smoking and vaping are permitted outside only. Unfortunately, they are not allowed indoors due to the terms of our tenancy agreement.
