3 lovely double rooms avail. in central Cambridge

We have 3 double rooms available in our shared house in central Cambridge.

We’re a sociable house, often hosting for friends and former housemates, but we also love a chilled night in front of the TV or relaxing in nearby Jesus Green.

We’re all late 20s-early 30s and look for someone with a similar age and vibe. Current housemates are moving on by August. Koen is staying on to start his PhD in October and is looking for a new set of housemates to share an open and welcoming atmosphere with.

We would need someone to move in ASAP from 1 July (room #3) or 1 August (rooms #1-2).

Currently the rent is ~1015 per/month, which includes all bills, but we split this according to room size/amenities. We prefer to have all students, to become council tax exempt from Michaelmas term onwards and dropping £75/month per person. The deposit is one month's rent.

The house is technically unfurnished, but has lots of leftover furniture from previous tenants that you can take over. The kitchen and living room certainly have all you need.

Room #1 - Ground floor double-room (5.46 m * 2.85 m = 15.561 m²) en-suite bathroom
Room #2 - 1st floor double-room (3.82 m * 3.71 m = 14.172 m²), shared bathroom and lots of built-in closet storage
Room #3 - 1st floor smaller double-room (3.5 m * 2.58 m = 9.03 m²) with space for a small desk, shared bathroom and lots of built-in closet storage

We are figuring out new prices for the rooms, so with selected tenants we'll make a fair price split + by October we hope to be council tax exempt.
