Hey! My lovely house in central Cambridge (near Little Petra!) is looking for a new housemate. It's a double ensuite room with shared kitchen/living room/terrace--just two other people sharing :)

~Shared garden with neighbours
~Furniture can be taken over from the previous tenant
~Kitchen has a dishwasher (!!), there is a washing machine too
~Right off Hills Rd, close to Coop/Tesco, but tucked away so it's surprisingly quiet
~Unfortunately car parking spot is taken
