Double room to let in lovely flat by the river !

My current housemate is moving out and I am looking for someone to replace them. The property is current a lodger agreement.

The room is a double with a large wardrobe, fully furnished, that shares a larger bathroom with one other person.

Bills are not included but are arranged by the landlord and normally come to around £70-80 a month. We do have a fortnightly cleaner as part of the rent!

The flat is really lovely and is all of great quality. We have a balcony and an allocated parking space, as well as secure bike storage.

I’m looking for friendly people who are happy to maintain a quiet house, but enjoy grabbing a pint or watching a movie occasionally. Please send me a message if you’re interested!
