Downstairs double room in friendly house with own toilet (not en-suite), kitchen/shower/living room shared with two other housemates. Small garden which the bedroom opens up onto. The house has a spare bed in the living room so occasional guests can stay. Housemates are postgrad students, all working as well as studying so someone with similar routine/priorities would be great!

You will also have a coat rack and closet to use for storage outside of the room in the downstairs space. Kitchen contains crockery and utensils currently shared among flatmates, and cupboard space for you to use.

Lease for rent is ending on Sept 20th, so the room is available until then.

Other bills are for council tax (band E), water, gas and electricity.
