Cosy room in friendly houseshare near Mill Road!

Hi, we're Evie and Kat, two working professionals living in a house off of Mill Road.

Our current flatmate is (devastatingly) moving to Germany at the end of July and so we're looking for someone to fill her room!

We live in a beautiful unfurnished 3 bed property in the city centre. There's a large and spacious living room with a TV, sofa and dining table. We have one shower room and a separate toilet but haven't found this a problem so far! The kitchen is full of natural light and lots of storage, furnished with all white goods (excluding a dishwasher). There's a lovely garden which is in the process of an upgrade...

We've recently moved in so are still working on furnishing the place!

Kat:
● Working in a library at the University
● My hobbies involve cooking, reading and knitting.
● I spend my weekends hanging out with friends and going on long walks!! I love nature 🌱🌱

Evie:
● Currently a Research Assistant at the University
● New to Cambridge
● Enjoys making friends and being active
● Tends to spend weekends cooking and visiting friends in London

In the evenings we like to watch TV together, go to the pub and go for runs exploring Cambridge (running buddies always appreciated!).

We're homebodies so are looking for likeminded people. We really value a clean house and all contribute to weekly chores (without a rota!). Evie is a pescatarian and I (Kat) am a vegan so we're looking for someone who would fit into this dynamic well. As we spend a lot of time at home we want to have a friendly atmosphere where we can hang out in shared spaces and communicate healthily.

The room itself comes unfurnished but the bed, shelf, and rail are available for an extra fee (£150, or priced individually).
