Large room available in central Cambridge 2-bed

My current housemate is moving in with their partner so I am looking for a new housemate to join me in this central Cambridge 2-bed house.

It is a lovely terraced house with shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a garden. The living room can be closed off and the couch doubles as a sofa bed for any guests coming to visit. The available room currently has a single bed but is a very large room with two big windows that could accommodate a double bed.

The house is just off Mill Road so lots of restaurant and cafe options. Also less than a 10 minute walk to the central station.

I'm a 26-year-old professional working at a bioinformatics research site just outside Cambridge. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nearby places at the weekends, going out for brunch or to the pub, running (or at least attempting to), and visiting Cambridge's many museums.
