Fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath ground floor flat with a single bedroom becoming available end of September.

I am moving out end of September and would like to find someone to take over my room in the flat. The couple staying in the master bedroom and have their own en-suite, so the single bedroom essentially comes with its own bathroom, though occasionally used by guests. I also have a small office setup in the living room that I’m happy to leave behind for the new tenant.

Other features include extra storage space in boiler room, private garden, spacious kitchen/living room, and gated parking/bike store. The area is nice and quiet usually and is a short walk away from Parker’s Piece, or a 20 mins walk from Cambridge station. There are a few nice pubs close by and the Grafton area will be right at your doorstep for some quick shopping as well.

Bills this year were around £140 per month per person split equally (electricity, water, WiFi, insurance, council tax - flat is fully electric so no gas bills). We also generally get groceries together so you’ll be able to share cost on daily necessities as well.

All furnitures are new - bought by current tenants and used only for around a year. We would love for a friendly person willing to take good care of the house to take over my setup and enjoy Cambridge life with. Feel free to drop me a message if interested.
