Manor Place, Single Room

Centrally locoated on King St, very close to Jesus and Sydney, and <10 mins to every other central college, this is a lovely flat that has just had most of its walls repainted and has had new centrally heated radiators installed.

All bills sum to a flat 100 pounds a month and include a cleaner.

For the past 20 years the landord lived here, but he has moved to Japan and would like to rent it out. He would still like to spend August here so the contract is by default ending on the 31st of July but he is open to extending it to a whole year, or into the next.

The patio and living room are spacious and fully furnished, including a TV. All the cutlery and crockery and appliances remain available, along with the ones I am bringing (including an air fryer). There is a washing machine and a bath/shower, as well as a very spacious balcony.
