Sunny room in shared house 15 mins center

Peaceful shared house 5 mins bike ride from Jesus Green on the North side of town. I welcome you to feel like this is home, but ask you repsect the fact that we like clean, peace loving people and this is my home not a rental property. It is fully furnished with a lovely garden to share and big open plan kitchen. We have no particular preference as to what you do for a living but you must be either working or studying, self supporting and willing to share the household chores. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Do not apply if you are Male, that is becasue it is a small house and only one bathroom. This has always been a friendly sociable house but it is not a party house! You would be welcome to have friends around however we ask you to ask first as again it is a small house. This would suit someone who wants a lovely place to live, but is busy either working or studying. The ad states that I am a live in landlord and I am actually around from June to October as then I travel Overseas. I have previoulsy acomodated PhD students, visiting academics, people who have moved to Cambridge and are looking to buy a house and need somewhere meduim term. I will consider a years agreement or a shorter academic year let.
