Double room available on the first floor and facing the garden from the 24th of February. House is on Hills Rd, near the train station. Rent is £650 pm including bills.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers Room is part of a friendly five bedroom house, while the shower room will be shared only with one other.

The house is full of character, spans four floors and has two lounges, a lovely garden and a summerhouse (perfect for summer BBQ's and gatherings). Wireless broadband is available. Preference will be given to someone who is willing to rent the room for at least 6 months. The deposit is £100. There will be an additional £30 pm for the cleaning lady. There's no parking available in front of the house.

We're an international (Mexican, English, Italian, Canadian) and sociable house and occasionally cook, drink, exercise together and hang out, not necessarily in that order.
