The house is a 6 bedroom, two shower room well maintained Victorian end of terrace just off Mill Road with a big garden. The bedroom offered is a first floor single overlooking the garden with additional storage provided under the stairs.

The housemates are all professionals working in law, clinical trials and biotech and value keeping the house clean and tidy.

The house has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer and separate tumble drier, a communal sitting room and a large well maintained garden with a shed for bikes.

We are local landlords so readily on hand to take care of any maintenance and support the house by doing communal cleaning and gardening every two weeks.
