Best City centre location ( Kimberley Rd); Quiet, safe, and up-market, though only 5 mins walk to the town centre and Grafton centre.

Also convenient for the Science park.
Rent includes all bills plus some cleaning for communal areas.

Both have leather sofas, tv's and books. Washing machine, dishwasher etc, fast broadband, bicycle shelter and on street residents parking.

You would be sharing a bathroom with only 2 others, and there are 3 toilets in the house.

A really great professional house share;
Your house mates would be all very friendly, highly qualified and intelligent, tidy, clean, considerate, fun, and generally great people. Mostly aged about 30.

Artist landlady and partner use the house and (fully self contained) studio at the bottom of the garden in the daytime, though most evenings stay elsewhere, and are away for a few months of the year.

Looking for a considerate and friendly female, ideally, a non smoker, who really knows how to clean up after themselves, will cooperate with things like recycling, and respect this lovely home.
