Double room in spacious house £500pcm

I have a generous furnished double room to rent in a share house with two other housemates. We are close to town, but good A14 and ring road access too. Quiet neighbourhood, with a nice big garden and off road parking(and secure bike store). The house has a large living/dining room, with well equipped kitchen (gas hob!) and everything you need. The room itself is a good size double, well furnished.
Current housemates are myself and one other, professionals, like to socialise tv, cooking and the like. The garden is also perfect for bbqs! We are looking for a friendly professional, someone to chat with is always nice, but we're both pretty laid back. We're both out and about a lot too, so there's plenty of space. We do like to entertain occasionally, and are happy for you to do the same!
I should also say I have a friendly pet rabbit. He lives outside, but does often come into the living room, so allergies may be an issue.
