We have a single room in our 3-bedroom house. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, shelf and wardrobe. The downstairs area includes a living and dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A conservatory leads to a small backyard. The house is very conveniently located just north of Midsummer Common, with easy access to town, several supermarkets and the train station, all within less than 10 min by bike. The rent is £600 including bills such as gas, electricity, internet and council tax.
