The loft room is in a Victorian terrace house in a lovely quiet street convenient for Addenbrookes, Homerton College and the Faculty of Education. It is on a major bus route with buses into town every 10 minutes.
The loft room has plenty of light and is very spacious. There is an ensuite bathroom, TV, internet, large double bed, sofa/bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The downstairs kitchen is shared with the landlady and available for cooking.
Whilst Im a very friendly and easy going landlady, I do like my own space so would appreciate someone who likes the same and is able to entertain themselves. I have a small, adorable dog who isnt allowed upstairs!
My new tenant also needs to be comfortable with dogs, as I have a small, very friendly dog.
