We have a furnished double room available in a lovely house less than 10 minute cycle from the city centre.
The house is close to the river and a Tesco superstore 2 minutes away with great links to city centre and A14. It has living and separate dining rooms, large kitchen, lovely garden that gets lots of sun and bathroom with separate bath and shower (probably my favorite room!). The house also benefits from a washing machine and fast broadband. The room includes double bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves and it over looks the garden so is very peaceful! Rent is £550 including all bills, and a deposit is needed.
You will be sharing with a laid back couple age 24-27. We are happy, friendly people who work hard but enjoy life too. Our interests include cooking, music, films, travel, socialising with friends and chilled nights in. Our house is a home to relax after a long day and we're looking for someone we can enjoy living with.
