I tend to busy myself and get on with my life so no good if you want a buddy up. I have a large garden which I’m always pottering in and like to think it’s an easy going home with family grandchildren popping in and out .
My council tax band is E . I have a male lodger staying 3 days only who works at night so sleeps in the day .
