I have a single room in perfect location. It is just opposite Vue in Grafton centre and 1 min walking to ARU and 10 mins walking to the train station. There are a lot of supermarkets and shops just cross the road. The room is furnished with single bed and mattress, wardrobe, chair and table. Available from 1st of October. All bills included in the rent. There are 3 other tenants are all full time workers and very tidy and responsible. There are microwave, oven, gas cooker and washer-dryer available in the property. No pet is allowed to keep in the property. Minimum 9 months required. Thank you.
