Single room- city centre

Single room fully furnished, available in city centre. 5 mins walk from the Grafton centre and the Anglia Ruskin University. We live in a quite street, it's a family home with me, my husband, son and daughter (all adults). All bills and internet included in the rent, must like animals, we have 3 little dogs and 2 out door cats, no smoking allowed in the house.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want me to hold the room for you before you arrive. I will need a £100 deposit (non-refundable). If you decide to take the room obviously the £100 Will deducted of the £250 full deposit that is required.
