Single room in three bed house near station

Hi,

We have a single room available in our beautiful three-bedroom house near the station. The room is on the second floor; it is light, warm and looks out onto a quiet residential street. The room comes with a large built-in wardrobe and a bookcase but is otherwise unfurnished. There is the possibility of buying the previous tenant's bed and mattress.

The house has two bathrooms with showers, a very large living/dining room and a big, bright kitchen. We also have a brand new washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and a widescreen TV. There is a private garden - with a shed for bike storage - and a large roof terrace that's great for chilling. We also have optical broadband.

You'd be sharing the house with one male and one female, 23 and 27, who both work full-time in Cambridge. We very much see the place as a home, not just a house-share, and are looking for someone who'll keep it that way. Tidiness and a sense of humour are a must.

Rent does not include bills. Council tax is £51 per month and wifi + utilities come to an additional £50pcm approximately.

The room will be available on a 1-month rolling lease but the other tenants would still prefer someone who will stay in the room for the foreseeable future and make it a home. No undergrad students or short-term visitors please.

The property is listed by an agency but we have very responsive landlords. The agency will charge admin fees for a reference check and change of name which will come to about £200.
