One bed in central Cambridge Mon-Fri let preferred

One bedroom available in a central Cambridge regency town house, preferably on a Monday to Friday let basis. You would have the choice of a either a large double room on a single occupancy basis for £199/week, or a single room for £149/week, both are bright south facing rooms. We are only renting to one person but can offer you a choice of rooms. You would have your own separate contemporary shower room with a walk in shower for your sole use (although this is isn't actually en-suite due to the age of the property and it being a listed building). You will be sharing the house with the owners who have no pets or children living at home. The house was recently renovated and is painted throughout in farrow and ball paint. The kitchen is hand made with quartz worktops, a modern range style cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The large bedroom (available for a single person only) includes 2 single John Lewis beds which can be zip-locked to make up a king size bed, as well as a built in wardrobe & a desk/dressing table. The single bedroom includes a high quality Staples hand made bed, a vintage wardrobe & a desk/dressing table. We have wi fi, broadband, throughout the building and can provide a parking permit too if required. Ideally we would like to rent to a quiet none smoking professional / post graduate student who needs somewhere to stay on a Monday to Friday basis. Rent stated is per week and includes heat, light, water, electricity, council tax and broadband - but excludes any parking charges payable to the city council (if parking is required) and telephone calls as we prefer you to use your own mobile.
