We currently have a single room to rent as my housemate is moving end of May :-(
The single room (ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃà ‚ÃÂÃÂÃÂà £400) is small but comes with wardrobe and bed.
The flat is really nice and modern with an open plan living room/kitchen which I think more than makes up for the slightly smaller single room
There's also a secure shed for storing bikes etc
A bit about me: I'm Rachel, a biologist, 29, working Mon-Fri just outside of Cambridge.
The flat has always been occupied by very sociable people who like to chill in the evenings with some tv, or go for a few drinks at the local pub. I like to live with people who hang out and maybe cook together etc and see the flat as a home rather than just a room!
