Charming Single Room Central Cambridge

This is a delightful single furnished room in Central Cambridge 5 minutes walk from the train station. It is in a large Edwardian house. You will have use of the kitchen and garage (for bikes only, not cars). It has a large, modern shared bathroom with one other person (17 year old daughter). My wife and I live here with another lodger, a mature student.

We welcome a professional or university student for the room. We have had several lodgers over the years and always have enjoyed the experience. It is a large and busy house with two labradors who remain in the kitchen.
