Furnished, new build flat next to Station

I'm very easy-going, social professional looking for a flatmate to move in to my recently furnished newbuild flat adjacent to the train station.

I am often out with work, sport and seeing friends but also often have friends around for dinner so am looking for someone who is laid back but who will also respect my flat and is tidy (although I am not a neat freak).

The room is a fully furnished, large double room and I am looking for £800 pcm including all bills.

The flat has a large sitting room area with corner sofa, smart tv, wifi, dining table and chairs and large balcony.
