We are sociable, friendly and clean girls. We are all really quite chilled and welcome people from all backgrounds and ages. The room is bigger than a single and is quite spacious with a desk, chair and double wardrobe! The house is quite modern, we have a shared TV in the living room and a garden for the smokers! We honestly do not mind a male or female! Wanted ASAP!! The rent is a meer £440, considering it is only a 6 minute walk to the university and town centre that's a pretty good deal! We are also a 3 minute walk to asda and a 12 minute walk to the train station! There is a deposit, application fee and first months rent to pay, which is standard anywhere you go! (This does not include bils but the bills is never over £60)!
