I have a room available to rent out(large double) just 2 mins walking to town (rarely to find a property in this location).The house is newly refurbished throughout with high standard. The location is just perfect, just opposite Vue in Grafton centre or 5 mins walking to Grand Arcade. The room is fully furnished (double bed, built in wardrobe, desk, bed side table and a chair). There are 3 people are living here at the moment and we are all working full time. There is 1 toilet and bathroom to share in the house.
