Double Bed Room In Newly Refurbished House

Want to stay in Cambridge over the summer? I am subletting my room from 1st of July to 1st of October (dates negotiable). Location: east Cambridge, 6 min bike ride to Parker's Piece, 8 mins to Downing Site, 2 min walk from a massive Tesco (litteraly, it's called Tesco 'superstore') 2 min walk from the Cam, 3 friendly housemates, who are all Cambridge University students. The house is newly refurbished with a fully equipped kitchen + washing machine, and a small garden with a shed. My room is spacious and furnished. The tenant is expected to participate in cleaning rota and generally clean up after her/himself, but can use the shed for storage, and the garden for BBQs, etc. Tenant will need approval from housemates and landlord.
