The house has a shared living room, kitchen/dining room and WC on the ground floor, and an upstairs bathroom (shared between three - the 4th room, not this one, has its own ensuite). There's a secure yard for bikes, accessible from a side gate and from the back door of the house. Central heating is by gas, with a new efficient boiler, and fibre broadband is connected with a wireless router. The room available, at £600 pcm plus bills, is a large bedroom on the ground floor. It has a 130cm bed, a large bookshelf, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a long mirror.
The room is available from 10 December 2024 for a minimum of 6 months.
Your share of bills (including Council Tax at Band D) is likely to be £110/150 per month summer/winter.
