I'm looking to rent out the spare double bedroom in my 2-bedroom house. The room comes with a king size bed.

My house is located ideally with a few steps away from the new Cambridge North train station and 5 minutes away from Cambridge Science Park and Cambridge Business Park. It's a short walk to the River Cam, where you can enjoy walks to either the city centre or north towards Ely. There are three Tesco's that I use regularly.

You'll be sharing the house with just me. I'm a sociable, respectful, professional guy working for a local software company.
