The room is on the first floor in a quiet and friendly house share. It is very spacious and well lit.

The property is in a central location and near to the train station. There is a shared kitchen with all mod cons, shared living room, 2 bathrooms, secure bike storage, enclosed rear garden and on street parking is available. The house is well maintained and very spacious.

The rent for the room is £390 plus £44.40 Council Tax pcm, internet £6.63 and TV licence £2.43 pcm.
Therefore your total rent per month is £443.46. (Water rates are included in this). Also you should budget around £15-25 pcm for gas and electric depending on time of year.
