Double Room in spacious friendly house

A double room is available from the 1st February on Hills Road, near the train station. You would be sharing with 4 others although the house spans four floors and is very spacious and full of character. The house has two lounges, a lovely garden and a summerhouse (perfect for summer BBQ's and gatherings). Bathroom will be shared with one other. All mod cons are included such as wireless internet, Virgin TV (in main lounge) with electricity also available in the summerhouse. Preference will be given to someone who can move in relatively soon. We're a sociable and friendly house and occasionally cook, drink and go out together.
