15 mins walking distance to ARU University of Cambridge, 15 mins walking distance to the Midsummer Common River, and to Jesus Green Park, 20 mins walking distance by a shortcut to Chesterton Area and to Science Park by Bike Bridge 25 mins walking distance to the Train station or cycling, or Bus Stops Just Around the Corner to the Train station and to Addenbrooke Hospital the Bus also go to any destinations.

All rent must be full payment upfront, no Admin fee charge required.

Politely Note: I would prefer to live with the Lodgers who is not very noisy slamming the kitchen drawers and door and loud noise the same shares housemate must be quite persons and I worked very Long day 12 -14 hours shift a day every day 6 days a week as a carer for dementia and Alzheimer patients I need my peace and quiet and silent when I am at home resting and asleep
I'm looking for someone is quiet due to my work as a nursing carer I need my good rest after 12- 14 hrs long day shift, also be Consideration to another student they are studying at home doing the work & they assignments during they stay here for Internship or work from home they like it peace and Quiet house able to concentrate their studying and some of us are working very early, I need to be in bed by 9.00 pm and I need to get up early by 4.40 am.

Strictly no party no smoking in the bedroom and DO NOT EAT ANY FOOD IN THE BEDROOM AND No loud noise late midnight, Lodgers MUST be very Clean tidy person keep their rooms Clean spotless Clean up the toilet and the bathroom after they use Kitchen and the Bathroom and the bath, sink and toilet and the sink in the toilet, I like everything clean in the house because I'm a very clean person, etc; I like the whole house keep everything is clean at all time when I home and come home from work see the house how it is clean.

I am very easy Going Landlady very friendly.
