The room will be available from early November and is good size with a lovely view of the garden. It comes at a very good value of £333 + bills and Council tax, which go up to up to £145 during winter (plus deposit of £333).

The house itself has a large living room, dining room, two toilets, garage for bikes and a large garden.

It's conveniently located with close proximity to Co-op and Aldi and is in great location for both Science park (5 min short-cut close by) and castle hill and only one mile from the river (town). It's also less than 5-minute drive from the M11, A14 and the A428.

The minimum tenancy period is 6 months. We're looking for a fellow professional, PhD student or postdoctoral researcher.
