Single room close to centre and Science park

Despite of being close to the centre is in a very quiet area, right by Chestnut Grove playground and with a nicely kept and large garden.

The room is fully furnished with a single bed, 1 wardrobe, desk and a chest of draws.

The house has a very spacious and bright living room, 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking and standard white goods - washing machine, electric cooker, oven, large fridge and freezer.

You can reach town centre by bike in 5 mins. About 15mins walk.

The price is all inclusive, including broadband internet, nothing else to pay.

We are looking for a housemate to move in ideally for a long term although 6 months is fine too.
