The property is in a nice area of Cambridge, a short walk (~15 minutes) to the main train station and a 25-minute walk to the city centre, with lots of excellent pubs, and restaurants on the doorstep.

- There is 1 large bathroom inc. (bath and shower) for all house members to use.

- Local shops (mill road) are only a few minutes walk away from the house and the large Sainsburys on Brook road is only 2-5 minutes' walk.
- Terrace-style townhouse. The view out of the largest bedroom looks out onto the street with two georgian windows, the second bedroom looks out onto some quiet, peaceful allotments.

I currently live at the property and work remotely. I will not always be at the property as I will be travelling with work. When I am at the property my black labrador Murphy will be with me, so you must not be allergic to dogs and be comfortable living with dogs. I am looking for one new friendly housemate to lodge in a nice 3-bedroom house on Seymour Street from August. Members of the LGBTQ+ community warmly welcomed.
