2 Double Rooms for Available from the 10th of March for mature student, intern, or working professional near City Centre, close to Cambridge station (via footbridge) 2-minute walk from Mill Road, Cambridge. Maximum stay - 3 months.

Fully furnished. All bills (inc wifi) are included. May consider couples by request (with additional costs).

The property is in a nice area of Cambridge, a short walk (~15 minutes) to the main train station and a 25-minute walk to the city centre, with lots of excellent pubs, and restaurants on the doorstep.

- The street has on-road free parking (if needed)

- There is 1 large bathroom inc. bath and shower for all house members to use.
- Communal use of the kitchen/living area
- Local shops (mill road) are only a few minutes walk away from the house and the large Sainsburys on Brook road is only 2-5 minutes' walk.
- Terrace-style townhouse. The view out of the largest bedroom looks out onto the street with two georgian windows, the second bedroom looks out onto some quiet, peaceful allotments.

I currently live at the property and work remotely. I will not always be at the property as I will be travelling with work. When I am at the property my black labrador Murphy will be with me, so you must not be allergic to dogs and be comfortable living with dogs. Members of the LGBTQ+ community warmly welcomed.
