Room available in a modern recently renovated house a short walk from the train station with good access to all surrounding areas and services.

The housemates are from France, England and Malaysia.
The room has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The room is for 1 person only.
There is 1 showeroom and 1 bathroom, so 2 showers, shared between a total of 3 people. (The 4th person has en-suite in their room)

In the shared kitchen you will share a refrigerator and freezer and have allocated kitchen cabinets for personal use.

Weekly cleaning is included for common areas.

Fibre broadband Wi-fi included. Energy and water bills are included up to a limited budget. We have storage for bicycles and other items in the garage.

Utility room has separate washing machine and dryer. Kitchen has dish washer and smart TV.
Viewings can be arranged for evenings and weekends.
