There is a standard single room in a three-bedrooms' apartment which is available in February for a professional female resident.

The Apartment locates in a nice and quiet community on Hills Road and it is close to Homerton College (2 mins), EF language (2 mins), Faculty of Education (5 mins), and the Addenbrooke's Hospital (10 mins). 15 mins walking to the train station, 25 mins to central shopping areas.

Ideally for a professional female who's looking for a nice and cosy place to stay in Cambridge after a busy day. We are professional females at the early 30s working full time in the University area.

Note: It's for single occupancy only. Short lets considered.
