Single room in family house

I am a mother with a 7 year old child looking for a housemate considerate of children. I work full time (mainly from home) with a part time job and my son obviously attends school.

The house is a grade 2 listed cottage so if you’re over 5’6” you’ll need to duck in some places. The house has a living room, dining room and a 2nd sitting room. It also has a downstairs shower room and the main bathroom is upstairs. The bedroom 11 x 8 and is at the back of the house. It does have low ceilings though. We are a relatively quiet family and my son is calm and generally very considerate having had lodgers previously

We also have cats so again, tolerating animals is a must as we will be getting more animals in the future.

I am happy to be relatively flexible on the mon-friday if it suits both parties
