Large Double Room

I have a large double room available of which is fully furnished. I work full-time however my shift patterns change every week. You have full access to the rest of the house and garden. The room has just been refurbished so is very modernised. I have also just put in a small gym, not everyones fancy but definitely saves some pennies. Little things count and the neighbours around here are great.

A little about me, My name is Nick (hence the email!) I am currently working full time, I am very open and easy to get along with and most of my hobbies and interests involve sports! A lot of my time will be spent away from home, I also have another room mate of whom is also a professional. There is one dog in the home.
