The ideal person who would suit this house, will be trustworthy, clean and tidy, as this is a quiet and well kept house. This is a quiet house with friendly housemates whom are sometimes working shifts.
All bills included. Free, unlimited wi-fi broadband included.
A weekly cleaner is included to clean communal areas and cleaning disposables are replenished regularly.
House is furnished and equipped to a good standard.
We require a months notice when leaving.
Short or long term stay welcome.
No deposit required.
You will need a good credit history as we will credit check you and carry out references. Alternatively, you will need to show your new employment contract letter.
A holding deposit is payable once you are committed and decide to take the room and complete your application. This equates to one weeks rent.
There are no more fees to pay even if you later swap between our rooms and houses or if you leave and return another time.
No couples. Smoking outside only. Applicants over 22 years of age only. All rooms have a lockable door with your own key.
Single working person preferred please although an occasional overnight guest is welcome in your own room.
Established full time landlord with good reputation and management team. We regularly visit the houses to ensure safety is met and there is a harmonious house for all.
