Current tenants are 2 teachers and a pharmacist who have all been living at the property long term (18 months - 4.5 years). Please note - the current contract you would be joining runs until July 2019 and then the next contract will run until July 2020. This room is not suitable for short term lets. The move in date is flexible - just ask.
